Golf in Tenerife
You can play all year round18-hole courses of good qualityOptions in the south and north

The mild climate of Tenerife allows for year-round golf. The island has several good-level 18-hole courses, mainly concentrated in the south. In the municipality of Adeje, there is Golf Costa Adeje, designed by Pepe (José) Gancedo and inaugurated in 1998, with an 18-hole championship course, par 72, which hosted the Tenerife Open of the European Tour in 2021 (played at par 71), plus the 9-hole Los Lagos course.

Very close, in the neighboring municipality of Guía de Isora, is Abama Golf (par 72, 18 holes), designed by Dave Thomas, along with other southern courses like Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf (San Miguel de Abona); in the north, Buenavista Golf stands out, in Buenavista del Norte, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Many hotels offer packages with green fees included, so it is advisable to book your tee time in advance during the high season.
