Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tenerife Experiences (hereinafter, "the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Service Description

Tenerife Experiences is an informational platform that provides guides, recommendations, and content about tourist experiences, activities, restaurants, accommodations, and services in Tenerife, Canary Islands. The Site acts as an informational intermediary and is not the direct provider of the experiences or services listed.

Digital Products

  • Products offered on the Site include downloadable digital guides in PDF format.
  • Prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • Once download has started, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which exempts digital content once download has begun.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. No refunds are offered once download has started, unless the product is defective.
  • License of use: personal, non-transferable, and for non-commercial use only.

User Obligations

  • Use the Site in a legal and respectful manner.
  • Do not reproduce, duplicate, or copy Site content without prior authorization.
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site.
  • Provide truthful information when subscribing to the newsletter or completing forms.
  • Do not use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software, is the property of Tenerife Experiences or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without express authorization is prohibited.

  • Prices, schedules, and availability of third-party services may change without prior notice.

Commercial Communications

  • We only send commercial communications (newsletters) with prior explicit consent from the user.
  • Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to the consumer under applicable legislation.
