Siam Mall is an open-air shopping center located in Costa Adeje (Avda. Siam, 3), inaugurated on May 23, 2015, and next to the Siam Park water park. It covers about 30,000 m2 distributed over two floors and houses more than 70 fashion, leisure, and dining establishments, with brands such as Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Guess, or Swarovski.

Its hallmark is the Thai-themed setting, with figures and decorations designed in Thailand, as well as green areas, open plazas, and fountains. It is open 365 days a year and has 1,100 free parking spaces.
