El Rincón de Juan Carlos is the project of the Padrón brothers, Juan Carlos and Jonathan, the first Canarian chefs to achieve 2 Michelin stars (the first in 2015 and the second in 2022) and the first Canarian chefs with 3 Repsol Guide Suns. Their cuisine is a creative and high-level Canarian proposal based on local seasonal products, with refined technique and nods to other world cuisines. The restaurant was founded in 2003 in Los Gigantes (Santiago del Teide), where it built its prestige for almost two decades.

Important: since January 2021, the starred restaurant moved to the rooftop of the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel, in La Caleta de Adeje.
