Haydee by Victor Suarez is a contemporary high-end Canarian cuisine restaurant located in the Hotel Gran Tacande, in Costa Adeje. The Tenerife chef Victor Suarez reinterprets the traditional recipes of the archipelago, with inspiration from La Gomera and local proximity products, in a tasting menu format. The project, born in 2016, is named after his grandmother and boasts 1 Michelin star and 1 Sol Repsol.
