Center of Puerto de la Cruz (Plaza del Charco and Avenida de Colón)

The nightlife of Puerto de la Cruz (north of Tenerife) is concentrated in its urban center, around Plaza del Charco and nearby streets like Blanco, Iriarte, and the fishing pier, as well as Avenida de Colón. Plaza del Charco is the epicenter of terraces and bars; the area hosts live music pubs, cocktail bars, and quiet venues. The atmosphere is more relaxed and diverse than in the south, with bars usually opening from 21:00–22:00 and becoming livelier as the night progresses.
