Bajamar Natural Pools

The Natural Pools of Bajamar are a complex of seawater baths located in the coastal area of Bajamar, in the north of the municipality of San Cristobal de La Laguna. They consist of two large pools where the Atlantic water enters and is renewed with the waves, and a third smaller and protected one, designed for the little ones. The complex has lifeguards during the bathing season, changing rooms, toilets, and nearby dining options, and it proudly displays the Blue Flag that distinguishes the quality of the water and services.
In the surroundings of the pools, you can find the emblematic Bajamar lighthouse and a beach, making the area a highly recommended option for families. Access to the bathing areas is adapted for the elderly and people with reduced mobility through ramps and handrails, and the town hall provides amphibious chairs to facilitate bathing for people with disabilities.
